Born and raised in New Brunswick, I bring a rich experience of over 30 years as a leader and motivator. I am proficient at successfully building teams and provoking and managing organizational change in various industries such as the energy and healthcare sectors, public and post-secondary education, as well as ensuring optimal performance at all levels while in senior leadership roles in the fields of human resources, communication, administration and performance optimization. I am an adept facilitator, with demonstrated success in collective agreement analysis and collective bargaining planning and negotiation as well as in non-union employee relation practises that maintain healthy direct relationships with employees.
Fluently bilingual, I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of New Brunswick. I am a certified executive coach from Royal Roads University, and I have a Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. I earned a certificate in negotiation, mediation and conflict resolution from Saint Mary’s University as well as a Certificate in health services management from the Canadian Healthcare Association.
